The running of 5th Bolton scout group requires a lot of money per year to keep it open. We are lucky enough to have our own hut and grounds but it does come at at cost.

The easiest and fun way you can help is to fundraise for us, it can literally be anything from a sponsored 1 hr no talking to sitting in a bath of beans, or for more adventurous of you a hike up Ben Nevis.

if doing this sounds too much how about putting on a quiz night, A night at the races, disco absolutely anything at the hut and making it a fundraiser.

please come and speak to a leader about your ideas, or better still ask to be on the fundraising committee. We will support you and help with anything that is needed.
